Our Story
HomeTheaterAutomation began about ten years ago with a simple goal: to share practical, unbiased information about home theater installation and electronics. Over time, the site grew to cover flat screen TVs, projectors, cables, remote controls, Blu-ray and HD DVD, and more — always with the reader's experience in mind.
What We Stand For
We believe in honest, helpful content. Every article is written to inform, not to push a particular brand or product. Our focus is on clarity and usefulness, whether you're setting up your first home theater or refining an existing setup.
Beyond Home Theater
The site has also embraced arts and crafts, fine arts, abstract art, and music downloads — topics that reflect the creative spirit behind any great home entertainment space. We see technology and creativity as two sides of the same coin.
Advertising That Fits
We offer advertising opportunities for companies whose products and services genuinely add value for our readers. Any advertising on the site is designed to complement the content, not distract from it. If you're interested, we welcome you to get in touch.
The intersection of home theater technology and artistic expression may seem unexpected, but both disciplines share a common foundation in craftsmanship and design. Just as a potter shapes clay on a wheel or a painter layers color on canvas, installing a home theater system requires careful attention to detail, balance, and composition. The way light falls on a projection screen, the arrangement of speakers for optimal acoustics, and the integration of electronics into a living space all echo the principles that artists have followed for centuries. Whether you are curating a gallery of digital art, displaying photography on a high-resolution screen, or simply enjoying a film with stunning visual effects, the technology behind home theater serves as a canvas for creative expression. This appreciation for artistry extends beyond the screen, encouraging a deeper connection to the handmade, the unique, and the thoughtfully designed.
